Refund policy

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hatrading794@gmail.com. After that, your order may already have been dispatched. If it has, you can still return it under the policy below.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

How to return
Email hatrading794@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll reply with a free prepaid UK return label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed. Please send returns to: .

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds
We'll email you once we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't received your refund after that, contact us at hatrading794@gmail.com.
