1. About us
This website is operated by PANZYVARIETY WORLD LTD, trading as Panzy, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09399398). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean PANZYVARIETY WORLD LTD, and "you" means the person using this website or placing an order.

2. Using our store
By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to buy from us. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate and complete.

3. Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery times and costs.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Orders
After you place an order we will email you to confirm we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your items and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price shown was incorrect, or we cannot verify your payment. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hatrading794@gmail.com. After that, your order may already have been dispatched. If so, you can still return it within 30 days of receiving it, as set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in this section affects your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, as we sell to consumers only.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Panzy name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
